Hair Transplant Cost in the USA, UK, and Australia [BLOG Post]

How much does a hair transplant cost abroad?

Getting a hair transplant is a life-changing decision that needs careful consideration because it comes at a considerable amount of money. Granted that not everyone has the money to go through it, potential patients need to know exactly how much it would cost them. However, a lot of patients miss to consider that the cost of the procedure includes the consultation, the procedure itself, post operation, and maintenance cost. Forgetting these can sometimes leave the patient in a vulnerable and frustrating position. At this point, the patient should exhaust all information about the procedure to know exactly how to prepare for it and the figures below would give one specific ideas on what the patient should save up for.

Cost in the US

As soon as the patient comes in for a consultation, it would be good to bear in mind that aside from knowing what to expect from the procedure, it is important to know the financial implications that every step of the procedure would take to avoid paying more, or worse, unable to achieve your surgery goals.

After the consultation, the surgeon would be able to determine the following:

  • The cost based on the actual hair loss
  • The quality of the donor area and its flexibility in providing the needed hair for the procedure
  • The length of the donor grafts and of course the follicular units.

All the factors mentioned above allows the surgeon to come up with a surgical plan, which is what the surgeon should use as the basis for the price to be given to the patient.

Then comes the technique that the patient prefers for the procedure since there two available options – the FUE and the FUT technique. Between the two, the Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT) is the more traditional and cheaper one. The cost is determined by the number of individual hair grafts. The running rate is $6 – $8 per graft.

Since the cost depends on the number of grafts required for the procedure, the general price can anywhere from $5 – $14 per piece. And that brings the running total to anywhere between $4,000 to $15,000. It is quite a prohibitive amount and because most insurance plans do not cover it, less patients are enabled to have this procedure.

Aside from the aforementioned cost, it would be wise to know the possibilities that can happen after surgery and the financial implications that the patient might have to pay for. Some complications include scarring and hair follicle infections. There are also instances when the donor area sheds some of its original hair in what is referred to as shock loss. These and many others could happen so better ask your surgeon about these concerns to have a complete picture of the treatment.

Cost in the UK

Over in the United Kingdom, the cost of the procedure completely depends on the number of follicles needed for the transplant with follicle having an average of 1.6 hairs. The chosen procedure would also dictate the overall price. To illustrate further, if you decide to go for FUE, it would require several hair grafts. At this point, the cost could range from £2500 – £7,000, which is not a bad price to pay for the return of the patient’s self-confidence. It is also good to note that the hair transplant promises a new life after years of suffering and anguish. Normally, the patient just needs one treatment. But if the condition is severe, or when the hair loss is at an advanced stage already, additional treatment sessions may be required.

Other Cost Factors to Consider

The extent of the hair loss ultimately decides how much the transplant would cost. Therefore, the greater the area that needs to be covered, the bigger the cost would get. At this point, the cost if on a per graft basis and this averages £2 and £5 per graft.

For the early receding hairline, prepare to shell out for 500-800 grafts with an estimate of £1,000 to £4000. Receding hairlines would need anywhere between 800 – 1,000 grafts and that would be from £1,600 – £5,000 while male pattern baldness may use 1,000 to 1,500 grafts, which means £2,000 – £7500. For severe cases, you need up to 7,500 grafts and at £30,000 is the most expensive procedure for hair transplantation. Add to the said factors would be the quality and reputation of your chosen surgeon, which effectively increases the cost of the procedure, specially when the doctor is well known and revered by his industry.

Cost Per Hair Transplant Type

If you are interested in the FUE method, you must bear in mind that it uses a more advanced technique than FUT. Because of the mentioned reasons, the average cost of the transplant would be £2,000 to £7,000 and there might be a need to have more than just one session.

But if you prefer the strip harvesting technique, it is less complicated, therefore it can be expected that you pay a lower amount for it. What is complicated to factor in is the number of follicles that will be used so the clinics would count the cost by session rather than by follicle.

Avoid Low Cost Hair Transplants

Because of the very stiff competition in the industry, the patient must be wary of those who offer their services at very low prices. Most of the time, the quality and expertise are not as desired compared to the higher-priced counterparts.

Cost in Australia

In Australia, the costing of hair transplants are done by most clinics on a per graft basis. Such a method would allow them to offer the right price to the patient. This means that a patient who needs 1,000 grafts would be charged the same as one who needs 2,000 grafts. Since Australia is known to be a stickler for quality and equality, it created a fair pricing mechanism called HTA (Hair Transplant Australia) that offers their prices on a per graft basis. Please take note that the cost for initial grafts would be relatively higher.

To get an affordable hair transplant, opt for surgeons who are dependable and are willing to make their prices fit your budget. Some would offer special discounts that would effectively lower down the cost of the procedure.

At this point, the patient must not rely on the rough estimates given by the surgeon. Be firm with your desire to get the exact figures from your surgeon. Professional surgeons would welcome this because it shows how invested the patient is in the procedure.

Cost for FUT

The cost is determined according to the number of grafts per batch. The first one with 500 grafts would be priced at $7.70 per graft, the second batch of 500 grafts is priced at $6.60 and the next 500 grafts are charged at $4.40. Everything beyond would be $3.30 per graft.

Cost for FUE

For this method, the first 1000 grafts are priced at $9.90 per graft, the next 500 grafts at $8.80 per graft, the next 500 grafts at $7.70 per graft, the next 500 grafts at $6.60 per graft and everything beyond that would be at $5.50 per graft.

Take note that the prices are fully inclusive of GST and that regardless of the method, the procedures are considered as cosmetic surgery and that makes them subjected to GST.

Why You Need the Most Natural-Looking Hair Transplants

hair-transplant-natural-looking-results-aihr-sydney

Can Hair Transplants Look Natural?

Hair Transplants in the olden days were pretty much considered taboo and rightfully so because of the very unnatural look they had compared to the real hair of the patient. This made it unappealing, even for those who truly needed it. Because of this, the patients just had to bear with their condition and its psychological effects on the self-esteem of the patient.

Now, fast-forward to the present, the technology available for this kind of procedure has grown leaps and bounds and can produce a natural-looking outcome, making it appear as if the patient never had any hair loss problems to begin with. Below are the benefits that you get from getting a hair transplant and how these benefits can affect the quality of your life post-procedure when done to achieve a natural-looking result.

Benefits of Natural-Looking Hair Transplants

Noticeable Change Without the Trace

When your hair falls at a time when it is not supposed to fall, you immediately go into a place of panic and desperation, worrying how it would affect people sees you and your chances of success with the little hair that’s left with you. It is not the best feeling in the world.

Compared to the technology used in the past, the results often comes off looking obvious that a hair transplant has been done. However, the new methods and improved technologies have really gone far and paved the way for the hair strands to grow again without any traces of the horrible condition it once had. Such advancement means that the usual indications, such as an obvious donor site scar, are much improved and the procedure methods make it easier for the patient to regain the lost confidence of experiencing hair loss.

Prepare for Relevant Information

Because the technology was not there yet, as far as preparations were concerned, the patients really had to fuzz over so many concerns like avoiding certain types of food and drinks and temporarily stopping medication among others.

With the new methods in practice, preparations for the procedure are not as rigorous as it used to be. However, it is to be noted that certain precautionary steps will still be considered, as advised by the hair transplant surgeon.

This will give you the focus on the top most consideration when getting a hair transplant done – to know as much as you can about your procedure of choice. Among the concerns that you have to look out for would be the best procedure for your case, the best doctors to choose from, health insurance coverage if any, post-care services and facilities, and other do’s and don’ts specifically for post-procedure concerns.

Naturally Good For You

Patients who have decided to go for hair transplants ultimately want to have natural-looking hair.

By achieving such a goal, the person begins to go on a natural journey that leads the patient back to his or her confident self. Once the patient reaches full-circle, there is a big chance for the restoration of the shattered self-image and the confidence that ultimately means a more positive well-being for the patient.

Fewer Procedure Sessions

Traditional hair restoration procedures usually required several sessions with the surgeon to be sure that the results would reach their maximum potentials and the risks were eliminated. But because of the technological advancements that the industry has undergone, the procedure has thankfully turned into a singular affair and just an additional day for consultations and calendar arrangements, in a lot cases.

This means that the patient can have more time to take good care of himself and heal safely and faster, without having to worry about getting another round of transplant treatment to achieve the desired results.

This period should be maximized and used to let the patients adjust to the new condition of his scalp on a physiological and psychological manner. Having lost the hair on your scalp for the longest time, it would take a while to soak it all in. And prepare to be asked by people who would notice the wonderful change, because they will certainly ask.

Attracted to What’s Natural

For the male clientele, hair restoration really runs the risk of ruining the little hair that was left and making hair loss a more permanent affair. Such an appearance can definitely encourage people to view in a different and not so positive light. This is the exact opposite of having natural-looking hair as it really makes the patient more appealing.

Think of men finding women who wear their hair in a more natural and less-frills manner and those who wear clothes that just look naturally good on her and this would explain this phenomenon accurately. For these reasons, it is imperative to seek the best providers and not skimp on this procedure. Its benefits are far reaching and shall definitely allow the patient to land on a spot that is attractive as it is alluring to other people.

Looking and Feeling Young

Baldness not only takes away your hard-earned self-esteem, it also give you the stigma of looking a lot older than your real age. This is especially true to those who experienced hair loss at a much younger and unexpected age. Such a combination makes you doubt yourself and feel uncomfortable under your very own skin. With a natural-looking hair transplant, you get to rid a time machine that brings you back to those days when you had absolute faith in yourself and your face looked a lot younger.

This means that you no longer need to avoid social gatherings, but instead able to take advantage of the opportunities with your new hair.

A Bang for Your Buck

As mentioned in the previous benefits, there would be no need for future consultations with the newer batch of hair transplants because of the technology that it now possesses. You can imagine the savings that a patient can get from this new arrangement and hopefully, you would be more encouraged to go through this life-changing act.

And mind you, the savings are going to be huge and would definitely create a space for the pocket to hold more money that can now be used for other essential needs live vacations with your family or significant other, the education of your kids, or even just enough to buy your reward for the hard work that you have done for your job.

Lessen Downtime

With the traditional hair restoration procedures, there was a certain downtime period that the patient had to go through, leading to the absences of the patient in these very important business and personal events.

Nowadays, recovery period is much faster, and this consequently means that you do not have to miss out on any of your activities for a long time.

Everything You Need to Know About the FUT Hair Transplant

fut-hair-transplant-faqs-things-you-should-know-dr-kim

Hair transplants have become the norm for men who want to bring back the hair they have excessively lost in an untimely manner. Society is warming up to the idea of surgical hair restoration, increasing the number of patients through the years.

There are different options for a prospective patient to look into and one of them is Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT). Like all procedures, a good amount of knowledge about it can go a long way in determining how beneficial it shall be for the patient down the line. So before the point of no return, read up and decide for yourself if FUT is the one.

What is FUT?

Follicular Unit Transplantation is the hair transplant technique that transfers the hair from the healthy or permanent zone to the balding areas of the scalp. The permanent zone include the back and sides of the scalp that is typically more resistant to hair loss.

How It’s Done

The FUT transfers follicular units that may contain up to four hairs at a time to the balding area of the scalp. The surgeon does it by removing a strip of tissue that contains the hairs and removes it after the patient is anesthetized. The strip is then cut into individual follicular units with the use of microscopic dissection techniques. While the grafts are being prepared, the recipient sites or the tiny holes in the scalp where the transplanted hair will be placed are created.

Know the Doctor’s History

What you have to ensure at this point is the capability and experience of the doctor to position the follicular grafts. The positioning dictates how natural looking the grafts would eventually appear. So before even deciding on the doctor, demand for before and after pictures of past patients.

Advantages of FUT

Transfer of a Large Number of Follicular Units

There are patients whose hair loss are minimal and there are those who lose patches of hair. The latter would benefit more from this advantage because unlike the FUE which can transfer about 2,000 follicular units at most, the FUT can allow up to 4,000 follicle units to be transferred with “super session” allowing the transfer of up to 5,000 follicular units.

High Follicle Survival Rate

Though technology has advanced faster and more significantly in the past couple of years, the survival of the hair follicle remains to be fallible up to a certain extent. Among the procedures out there, FUT has the higher rate of follicle survival. Though it is the goal of every patient to have a successful hair transplant, the success becomes more urgent when the patient has limited available hair for the procedure. Every follicle should count for such individuals.

Cheaper Cost

Because of this kind of approach in transplanting the grafts, the FUT becomes the most economical option for the patient. When we talk about hair transfers, the rate is usually on a per follicle basis. Elementary math would tell you how much cheaper it is when you need a lot of hair for your procedure.

Time Maximizer

Hair transfers take a lot of time and in some cases even more than one session because of the sheer number of follicles involved in the procedure. With the FUT, the hours are significantly reduced and is perfect for those who do not have the luxury of downtime and have to resume their daily routine as quickly as possible. Most patients would still like to have their surgeries on the down low and being away for a long period of time easily gives away the heavily guarded secret.

Topnotch Hair Quality

Most, if not all patients want that natural look on the scalp after the operation and the quality of the hair from FUT is still considered as the benchmark in the industry. Such is possible because of donor areas of the FUT are healthier compared to those of the FUE.

Risks of FUT

Inflammation or Infection

Common among a lot of surgical procedures, some patients would experience the inflammation of the affected area or an infection called folliculitis. Nothing to worry about because these can be easily treated by antibiotics and compresses.

Shock Loss

This is the condition when the area where the new strands were extracted would loose some of its hair. A natural reaction to what was done to it, the loss is usually not permanent.

Scarring

Because of the extraction of strips and not individual follicles, there is still the chance for scarring to happen. However, in the hands of a competent doctor, the growth should effectively cover the said area.

Cost of FUT

Compared to FUE that would typically be worth anywhere from $4,000 to $15,000 per procedure, the FUT comes out to be less expensive with a price range of $4,000 – $9,000. The final cost is determined by the number of hair follicles you need for the procedure to look as natural as possible. With this situation, be wary of doctors who egg you on to use more follicles than needed. Such doctors have other interests in mind aside from the success of your surgery.

Post-surgery Expectations

The procedure is the first step and the journey towards natural looking hair growing successfully on your scalp have many phases that the patient has to be aware of to avoid unnecessary panic and fears. And by knowing what to expect, you get to handle the situation more effectively.

The Tender Stage

After the procedure, you can expect your scalp at its most tender so you would want to avoid hitting your head with anything during this period. As such, you can expect a little pain for several days after the operation.

The scalp is also susceptible to swelling and this can be remedied by a specific medication. If the patient feels the kind of swelling that takes place across the bridge of the nose and around the eyes, there is no need to worry about anything because this usually goes away by the end of the first week of post-surgery.

The surgeon shall also request you to wear bandages over your scalp over a period of 1-2 days and supplement your healing with a prescription for antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. Generally speaking, the patient is expected to get back to work with a 2-5 day period.

The Next Few Weeks

Patients should expect the transplanted hair to fall out within 2 – 3 weeks after surgery and expect to hair growth within a couple of months. The shedding shall make the transplanted are look slightly thinner and this should not bother the patient at all.

The Growth Period

It is within this period that hair reaches that length when it can already be groomed and eventually look very natural on the donor area. Hair growth for most people would be around 60% and shall happen usually after 6 to 9 months. After a year, you can expect the locks of the patient to look as if there was no operation done on the patient.

To hasten and improve hair growth after the procedure, a majority of surgeons would prescribe the hair-growing drug named Minoxidil. This helps hasten the process and encourage the growth of natural looking hair.

The Need is Real for Men to Get a Hair Transplant

hair-transplant-mans-need-for-hair-growth-dr-kim

Strong and usually uncaring about their appearance, the men of today have started embracing their capability to enhance and maintain their looks.

Though vanity was not really their strong suit as dictated by society, men have become bolder with their desire to feel good about themselves.

So you could just imagine how devastating it is for a man to look at the mirror and discover his hairline rising to a very noticeable level. Denial would usually be the first step, but as the situation deteriorates, the need to deal with it becomes more daunting and urgent, urging the man to find a permanent solution for it like hair transplants. Let this article take you on that very personal journey to recovery.

Past Perceptions Versus the New Studies

Modern and traditional media have proven their power and influence in shaping opinions and public perception. With the increasing number of “bad boy” characters being portrayed on screen, shaving one’s hair and getting tattoos for that look became really popular, making men look more daring and care-free than they really are. Think of Vin Diesel, Wentworth Miller, Will Smith, and other top Hollywood leading men and you are sure to figure out the popularity of this look.

But times have changed and people from different generations, notably Generation Z, have come to associate baldness with something else. According to recent studies that compared men who had hair transplant versus those who did not, a more positive reaction was given to those who went for it. Generally speaking, the respondents wanted to look more successful and approachable versus their pre-transplant selves. So positive were the reactions that the study showed that this appearance plays an important role in the success of the man in his field or with his social interactions in general. It is also important to note that these men were also perceived to be younger by three to five years, stronger, and more attractive by casual onlookers. Based on these studies, below are the reasons why men should get a hair transplant.

Regain Self-esteem

Upon realizing that the hairline has receded to noticeable levels, the patients who suffer from hair loss begin to unconsciously think the way their hair would end up and the imagery that goes with is usually unattractive. Such men remember the bald members in their family, the bald boss who is despised by everyone, and all the other typecasts you associate with balding. And then you think you would end up exactly like them.

Though this sounds as an exaggeration, it really depends on what age hair loss hits the man. For those who had no chance against their genes and were affected as early as in their twenties, it can be a very worrisome experience. You begin to worry about your chances of finding your dream girl, getting married and having kids all in one sweep. This is because balding hits the ego hard and when you lose it, it would take a long time to regain it. Getting a hair transplant is a sure-fire way of getting it back immediately.

For these people, balding is a nightmare that they could not wake-up from. So to be able to have the option of growing your hair again is to get out of the situation and to never look back at it. And this is when the man starts to live again, becoming more confident and relaxed with other people and just about socializing on a level that is meant to succeed and get the man to where he wants to be. With this newly-found belief in himself, he would be able to fulfill the life that he was meant to live before losing his hair took the will to do his thing.

Win the Competition

Men are competitive by nature. Though guys do not really discuss it for fear of being thought of as vain or overly conscious of their bodies, men are actually very aware of the men around them. Not intentionally looking or minding, guys know when a jock is in the room, or when this seemingly harmless guy gets all the girls every single time. And it is not because they are interested in these winners. They are interested more in the secret to their appeal and what makes them winning.

There are no boundaries to the areas where men need to excel, but it is particularly unique at the work place where bald or balding men are seen as less competent at work. If you are the type who is raring to climb the corporate ladder, the pressure is really there to look your best at all times. Beyond this pressure is just being a man competing with other men in your territory called the office. So you could imagine how difficult it is for men who have this condition to go to work and deal with such biases on a daily basis.

Hair transplants do not only bring the hair back, but more importantly shows the willingness of the man to do anything he can do to compete, or at the very least be at par with his peers. Such a move is actually appreciated by the powers that be and it adds fire to the otherwise lackluster appearance that the man had before getting that all-important hair transplant.

Rule Social Media

Social media has created another level of self-exposure that has altered how people see themselves and how this vision is perceived by others. The competition for the attention of the person you are seeking is really one for the books and you would like to do what grabs their heads to look at your profile at the very least.

Such contest inspired a study on men who’ve been using Tinder and had a hair transplant. The results were astounding because his profile matched increased by 75% after getting hair transplant.

Though the visceral improvement is pretty obvious, the psychological benefits of having hair transplanted on the man that includes the boost in the self-esteem and the ability to socialize with a more relaxed demeanor would actually add to what is seen on the picture. Confidence has always been a deciding factor in determining how attractive you are in the eyes of the other person and its enhancement does a lot of wonders to the life of the person involved. Along with the additional hair comes that youthful image that you associate with full and thick hair on the scalp. More hair also gives the person that look of someone who is in-charge who knows exactly what he wants and will not stop at getting what he needs.

Overall, it would never be just additional that grows again from the once barren land that is called your scalp. It just fulfills a need that caps or hats would otherwise do for you. The good part is that hair transplants nowadays are fare more advanced and it would take an expert to really identify if there was work done on the hair. For most of the men who seek this procedure, they do not want to look so vain that they had to resort to this drastic approach. They just want to get their lives back and move forward, away from the dark ages that hair loss has given them.

What Women in Midlife Need to Know About Hair Loss

women-hair-loss-midlife-crisis-dr-andrew-kim

Hair loss for women is a condition that has put a lot of the ladies in a position of shame and vulnerability.

As horrible as it sounds, society has frowned upon women who have lost their hair and it does not help that women have internalized the very same bias that they should be fighting against. The journey is not easy, but small steps have been made to study the situation and correct the notion that baldness has falsely created. Let us understand further what female baldness is really all about and how women should react to the situation.

Men Suffer More From Hair Loss than Women

Androgenic alopecia was named for a very good reason. Generally believed to be genetically inherited, there are just so many reasons that increase the risk of getting this condition. Although clinically considered to cluster in families, there are variations that could actually increase the activity of androgen receptors in hair follicles. Such a variation that responds to it is dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which is a byproduct of testosterone that shrinks hair follicles making it hard for healthy hair to survive. Fortunately for women, this is constantly made in testosterone-filled men and that makes is more prevalent in men than in women.

Age of Hair Loss for Men and Women

Puberty is that age when hormones are basically raging which increases the chance of hair loss from occuring in a person’s teenage years, regardless of the gender. Scientific approximation as determined the age of 35 as the one when two-thirds of men would have lost a little hair. This progresses into the 50s of the guy with 85% saying adieu to their hair or just a nice hello to a little hair thinning.

Women, on the other hand, have a different story to tell. For them, the condition could develop early or it could happen well  after menopause caused by a drop in certain hormone levels. As far as appearance is concerned, the urgency to treat it is more pronounced because of the defined pattern that is very visible. Think of a widow’s peak and a bald crown to get a better idea of how it looks. Women, on the other hand, would experience an overall thinning of the hair, but the rarely go fully bald. And because of the traditional length of women’s hair, it is really hard to notice the thinning of the hair in women.

Extent of Hair Loss in Women

In order to understand the extent of hair that are lost in women, it is important to know the types of female hair loss and how badly it affects women in general.

There are basically two types of hair loss in women and they are temporary and long lasting. Between the two, temporary hair loss is actually very manageable and easy to treat. It just becomes a burden when the cause is not correctly identified. It is with such cases that healing is either delayed or jeopardized. As simple as it sounds, it can be pretty difficult to determine the real cause of hair loss and this requires expert opinion with every move that is supposed to be made to cure it.

From that situation, it can be considered that certain forms of alopecia, or hair loss, could be a symptom of something bigger that’s happening in your body. It could be hormonal imbalance, an undetected disease, or a condition that has yet to be identified. These conditions doesn’t necessarily have to be serious, in fact, it might start with a gene which unfortunately makes you vulnerable to hair loss. Or it could be a barrage of diseases that were never detected until this symptom occurred.

But do not let this scare you. Hair loss is actually a symptom of some short-term events that include stress-inducing situations, pregnancy, or medication that you may not know about. The good news is that for the aforementioned reasons, hair tends to grow back quickly as soon as the event has happened. However, you need to watch out for the changes that it could bring to the hair growth and shedding phases of hair. Most of the time, the hair goes back to its random pattern of growth, but there are cases when the situation becomes a lifetime burden.

To determine the degree of hair loss, there is a scale that is used to measure the density of hair like the Ludwig Scale and Savin Scale. They are actually considered identical but the Savin scale is the one used to measure the overall thinning of hair. The most severe is Density 8, which rarely happens.

Causes of Alopecia Universalis (Total Hair Loss)

A severe form of hair loss called alopecia universalis can strike at any age and is actually believed to be an autoimmune disorder. This means that the person’s immune system is the one that actually attacks the hair follicles.

As the advanced form of alopecia areata, it also affects the other types of hair like the eyebrows and eyelashes. Genetics is pointed out as the culprit  with a whopping 20% of those afflicted having a family member with alopecia.

At this point, there is no real treatment for alopecia universalis. Numerous treatments have been experimented upon including immunomodulatory agents like miquimod and tofacitinib citrate. But there have been no conclusive reports to their success.

The usual symptoms of alopecia universalis include the complete loss of hair on the body and scalp, and in some cases, it induces a burning sensation or itching on the affected areas. Those suffering from other conditions like atopic dermatitis and thyroid disorders are highly likely to experience AU. Patients who suffer from this hair loss condition are also known to have personality disorders, anxiety, paranoid disorders and depression.

The Effects of Hair Loss in Women

Aside from creating a striking look that is not to your advantage, hair loss in women has the capacity to erode a woman’s self esteem. In a lot of societies out there, hair is an important part of a woman’s look and the social stigma attached to those who suffer from alopecia are downright demeaning and uncalled for.

The loss of hair directly affects your sensuality and your ideas of what makes you attractive to other people. Not only does it make you doubt your ability to be with someone, it also touches the other areas of your life that require human interaction like your work, family activities, and the social gatherings that you normally attend. Because of this, there are women who chose to be seclusive and lose their drive to excel or to even set targets for themselves.

As insecurities build, women feel more helpless and would eventually lose hope in finding the cure to their condition. By this time, the women would have been reduced to living a life without life. Relationships would break into pieces, workmates might start avoiding you, and the friends would be nice, but never have the guts to talk to you and help you find the right solution. It is a complete nightmare.
